Great location. The Restaurant is popular and fun crowd. Life band We didn't eat there but enjoyed the music
The room smelled like bleached. I left the door open to ventilate, but didn't work. No windows to open. I was afraid the huge lizards from the palm tree get inside my room. Kind of unkept garden. There was a big roach floating inside the toilet when We checked in and I could even flush it. Off course I couldn't use the toilet the rest of the stay! They came to clean it right away. But that stayed in my mind. I had to check out early Sunday with a headache from the chlorine fumes inside the room. It was too much even my eyes got irritated

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! First of all, the location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach. It couldn't have been better. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were basic but had everything I needed, including a kitchenette and a small, vintage TV. They were also meticulously cleaned, which I really appreciated. Finally, the breakfast served on the water was a highlight of my stay, offering a serene atmosphere while enjoying a delicious meal.
All was in good order.

location
Bar and restaurant staff very rude lots of locals at bar hitting on guest, check the fine print, extra 14 a day parking. No happy hour on weekends, expensive drinks. Keep your kids away from local drunks at there bar and pool.

Most comfortable bed!!
The Wi-Fi doesn't work and has been broken since my last stay 2 weeks ago. Don't think management cares to fix it.

The view from my room was incredible, I really enjoyed watching the sunset from my window every evening. the food in the restaurant was also fantastic, especially their seafood dishes. the hotel was located just a short walk from the beach and many restaurants and shops, making it very convenient.
The hotel could use some updates, as the decor was a bit outdated and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. the noise from the other guests could also be a little disruptive at times, but overall it wasn't too much of an issue.

I liked the attitude of the Asst. GM/ Hotel Manager Miss. Carolee Evans, some of the front staff and Geoffrey-Housekeeping staff.
-Old and VERY tried property. -Someone was sleeping on the floor outside our designated room at 2AM when we arrived on July 8th. -Cockroaches every where- under bed, on windows, bedroom, bathroom. -Stained carpet. -Broken tiles in bathrooms. -They had to remove our room door to let us in the room as it would not open. - I will be sharing pics of my experience (THREE PHOTOS ARE NOT ENOUGH TO SHARE EVERYTHING! -I will be asking for NO LESS than %50 refund!!!!
